I started keeping a dream journal again and about to nights ago I had my first LD in about a year. Since then I have been noticing when I'm dreaming a lot but whenever I do I immediatly wake up sometimes before I even do a RC. Does anyone have any tips for not waking yourself up when you realize you are dreaming? |
