      First WILD! :)

      So this morning I had my first WILD. I woke up in the morning and decided to try and LD. So I lay there and soon found myself in a dream, non-lucid. I remember most of the dream, and it was extremely random, even for my dreams.
      Soon after, I woke up. I just lay there, and soon started seeing patterns and shapes as I fell deeper and deeper into sleep. All of a sudden, I felt like I was dreaming, but I could still feel myself laying in bed. So I quickly opened my eyes and sat up in bed. At first I thought I had ruined it, but then I realized that my alarm clock was sitting like 20 feet from where it normally is, and I realized I had just entered a dream right from being awake
      I got out of bed and went to the washroom to check out the mirror. I looked at the mirror and saw myself, but I wasnt looking directly at myself. It was weird, and I soon woke up. Wish it had lasted longer thoo.
      Im glad I finally had my first WILD.
      Was it a new technique?
      I lay in bed and waited until I was almost falling asleep, then quickly (almost without thinking) sat up in bed and snapped open my eyes.
      This dragged me instantly into a dream from being awake.

      Well, from the fact that you woke up from a dream, and then didn't move or anything, it sounds like a DEILD (Dream Exit Initiated Lucid Dream). That probably explains how you emerged in an LD so quickly.
      If a person with multiple personality syndrome threatens to kill themselves, is it considered a hostage situation?

      Lucid Dream Count
      DILD's= 5 or so
      MILD's= 1

      But I did move. I never dont move, because I can never remember the moment when I wake up, so by the time I am awake Ive already moved before I can think about not :/
      It could still be a DEILD tho

      Congratulations! Hopefully this is just the beginning.

      By the way, who is the artist who did your avatar? It looks really familiar.
