first of all i would like to congratulate the owners of this site for thier years of dedication. I have seen this site grow and teach so many people. thank you. anyways i was wondering if anyone has done any research and found a 100% ld inducing method or if anyone is working on one?. stay safe stay free. Course it's possible. Just that it may be 100% for you but not another guy.

You need daily practice. Dream journal + reality checks. Which requires discipline and time.

Or you could use a shortcut, Salvia Divinorum. Literally throws you instantly into an LD.

There's no method that is 100% for everyone, one may work for you all the time, but not someone else. The key is experimenting.

100% instantaneously is impossible, seeing that you have to sleep before dreaming.

However, what does come close is the good old WILD. Just master that and you can practically induce LDs at almost any time of the day.

Yeah, but for most people it takes months, even years to practice until they finally learn to wild.

The supplement industry is making good headway. Nootropics are big business right now, and there are lots of promising things in development. Besides that, it all still takes work and chance. Too many things out of our control that can ruin an attempt. Brain chemistry, environmental factors, timing, ect.

i completely agree. im wondering if anyone has done any research on sleep eeg and if they had found a way to determine when an ld has begun.
