      I need some help after a certain step,

      So last night I watched the saltcube videos (The first part) and tryed to lucid dream, but I got to the point of having my body asleep and mind awake. I think I even managed to fall asleep twice and wake up, but just got tired and fell asleep altogether. It was quite odd haha, but I had no clue what to do after getting to "Body asleep, Mind awake" or whatever you call it. So what would normally come next?

      Yes, after that step, your mind basically works by itself and you will find yourself entering into a dream. You may experience some weird occurances such as flashing colors (HI) or sounds, just keep with it and you'll soon find yourself in an LD

      Thats what I thought, I thought I had to like keep my mind focused so that like forced me to not dream lol.
