What would come next? Well, you'd start dreaming eventually, sleep paralysis or not. Keep trying! One night of effort is not enough for any technique. |

So last night I watched the saltcube videos (The first part) and tryed to lucid dream, but I got to the point of having my body asleep and mind awake. I think I even managed to fall asleep twice and wake up, but just got tired and fell asleep altogether. It was quite odd haha, but I had no clue what to do after getting to "Body asleep, Mind awake" or whatever you call it. So what would normally come next? |
