I know what you mean. It was the same for me (and still very often), even when I see impossible things happening, I never get lucid. It just seems normal to me to fight with Hitler in 2008, or to swim in my floor (rofl my dreams rule)
Also, in my first dream it just 'happened'.. There was no real reason, no dream sign, no unusual stuff, I just thought 'wait, I must be dreaming!'.
Only time will tell I guess Be patient. Also, don't try too hard. If it's not working, just stop thinking about lucid dreams for a while, and it might come just then (happened to me).
      Good luck!

thats the thing. i need to do it as soon as possible, because of some reason...
now i need to change my mindset. and it's impossible.
if i get a lucid dream in a period when i forget all about them, i forget my purpose of lucid dreaming, and wasting another lucid dream.
      i really AM desprate.
      please help me with this.

You can also try meditation to LD's, if you know how to meditate. If not get some relaxing music or sounds such as the ocean splashing onto the beach, and meditate, just stare at the flashes and sparks that show up, soon it'll evolve into a lucid dream.

I suggest trying the DEILD technique. It will require some preperation, but it is the only LD technique I know of that nearly 100% garuntees a LD if done correctly. Here is a link to the tutorial.
