ok so i have started having very many vivid dreams and semi-lucid, but barely lucid at all, dreams....i cant really do WBTB too much cuz of school so i was thinking bout doing it tonight since tomorrow is labor day, no school.....then of course, now i have soccer practice early in the morning.....so i have heard that exercising b4 going to bed helps ur body fall asleep quicker, thus letting u become lucid easier....is this true?....also, any other tips are appreciated
