The method and the program work (I had plenty of lucid dreams with it,) but I've determined that it wasn't working the way that I thought it was. I don't think it's the moving in and out of consciousness that causes ease of DEILDing, it's the affirmation that you want to so close to the attempt. I currently can't find a way to determine if it's the closing in on the conscious barrier or the time frame of the affirmation.

The only way that I could think of doing that would be measuring brain activity with an EEG machine and DV doesn't have access to those

This method breaked my nearly one month dry spell, i had one FA converted to LD and another DILD.

When i waked first i tried to DEILD, then to FILD and finally WILD. Finally when i waked at middle of night again, i did a random RC(noise RC) and i was dreaming!

Another fulcral thing to report, I had plenty of FAs, i recorded 3(include my LD).
      since June 08 DILD:53| WILD:55

This method does work. But in order for it to be science I have to know why it works. I'll send the initial results and the theory to dr laberge. He has access to an eeg.

I bet he has access to many EEGs. This method works by dissociating REM sleep. Again I'm playing with this since 1997.

I cant' remember which paper was but I've read that sudden audio clues trigger PGO activity. May be one from Tore Nielsen. He has some good articles on sleep mentation and sleep onset that you should check out.

The PGO theory seems plausible for me since I often feel movement in my ear (middle ear muscles) and a blow in my solar plexus (don't ask) when disturbed in clear sleep.

There is no need to make this a science, just use it.
