Forget it. Won't work at all. You are overthinking this. The subconsious doesn't like adhering to itineraries.
You really want to lucid dream? Do this:
1) Start a dream journal.
2) USE the dream journal
3) Observe and think about your dreams. Look for some good dream signs. No, you don't know what they are ahead of time; you have to learn them.
4) Do reality checks for those dream signs, but not very often (more than a few times a day is HUGE OVERKILL and will impede progress immensely). Quality over quantity.
5) Dispense will all the weird techniques. You'll find that a lot of them either overlap or conflict. Here's what your nightly routine should be: Go to bed, do some quick autosuggestion and tell yourself to remember your dreams and remember that you're dreaming. DO NOT DO A MANTRA, this removes all meaning of the words. Go to sleep. DO NOT WILD. Wake up after 5-7 hours, and get out of bed. Take this opportunity to do a RC. Go back to bed. Try a WILD. If it doesn't work after a half hour, just go to sleep. From this point forward, try to do a DEILD every time you wake up. If you miss the DEILD, try a WILD if you can afford to lose the sleep. Continue this until it's time to get out of bed.
This routine will give you lots of opportunities to get into a lucid. You'll have a DILD opportunity in every dream, as well as a good WILD and up to a few good DEILD chances.
But here's the most important thing, and the biggest flaw with your little plan: Do not expect a lucid dream, ever. As soon as you start to expect them, you stop having them. Don't get frustrated if you go to bed and immediately wake up the next morning without remembering anything in between. These things happen to everyone, even "experienced" dreamers.
I'm sorry for being so harsh but you really need to understand that drawing up a schedule is wrong and will never work.
EDIT: You can find DILD, WILD, DEILD tutorials in the tutorial section. And the reason you don't WILD when you first go to bed is that unless you're a yoga master, WILDing at this time will probably ruin your entire night of sleep. Your sleep will be light and unsatisfying.
