BTW I love your dream goal of shrinking and building a mansion out of leggos. LOL!

Do RCs in pairs (two different kinds) so that if one fails to work correctly in a dream the other one probably will.

DEILD -- once the prep work is done it is VERY easy! It is also the only LD technique that has a nearly 100% rate of success when done correctly.

DEILD (Dream Exit Induced Lucid Dream)

Well im diffrent cause i got smashed in my head a while ago, but yes.

Going to sleep, then waking up and laying back down and such always has worked for me to lucid dream.

What i found best, is completely letting go of your whole body, Ignore and let go of every muscle in your body, and just focus in the center of your mind.

Forget about everything else, don't think anything, just let go.

Wait for pictures appear, then i start to lucid dream very vividly.

Another tip i have for you guys. Once you have a lucid dream and you wake from it. Dont get up. Lay back down and try to lucid dream again.

I found once i have a lucid dream, i can easly lay back down and start lucid dreaming again.

Or if i get SP( sleep paralysis) even if i get up and it stops, if i lay back down it starts again.

So well those are my tips, atleast the ones i can think of right now. I need to get to bed heh 2:30 in the morning im tired....

Sorry for the spelling mistakes but im not going back to fix them

Edit: okay one last thing i forgot to say. Everyone keeps saying around here, "Try" to lucid dream, i hear everyone saying there trying to lucid dream.

Well from what ive experienced, lucid dreaming is not about trying, its about not trying.

The only thing you need to do, is stay aware / awake. You dont need to try to lucid dream. The lucid dream will happen on its own, you just gotta stay conscious long enough.

These of course are all my personal opinions and may not work for you.

But i feel alot of you guys around here are having problems lucid dreaming, because your literally trying to lucid dream, and that dosen't work, you have to let you sub conscious take you to a lucid dream, you cant take yourself there yourselfs.

The "Get Up and Do an RC" method also works for me. Just place the RC device like a watch or anything you use for the RC not within arm's reach but somewhere within the bedroom you sleep in. Then go to sleep normally. Whenever you find yourself awake even slightly....."GETUP right away(speed is critical)...and go over to where you put the RC and do it, it has to be the first thing you do when you find yourself awake.

Do a reality check every single time that you wake up. False awakenings!

Keep a steady dream journal. Don't slack or you'll be screwed like me

When you do a reality check, make sure to question reality. Don't just make it a habit.

Peanut butter and applejuice = WIN

Get enough sleep. It's 4 am and I'm online. As I've said, don't slack or you'll be screwed like me!

Embrace SP for the amazingness that it is!

I also got some tips :

      - Try to make rubbing your hands after a succesfull RC a habit.

      - Always write your dreams down in a DJ (except with DEILD) especially lucid dreams as you don't want to forget them, and that shows your sub-consciousness that you're interested.

      - If you wake up after a (lucid) dream, always do a reality check to prevent false awakenings, I know this can be hard.

      - If you're too interested in Lucid Dreaming, try not thinking about it for a while, you'll be amazed with the effect, this also helps with dry spells.

      - In a dream don't pay attention to only 1 thing, it's to prevent the dream from fading away, and becoming unstable, you don't want to wake up either way.

      - Always have the right mindset which is "I CAN DO IT!"

If you choose to do the looking at a clock or text reality check, look three times, not two. I have missed a few dreams because the words and numbers didn't change the first time.

DILD: Go to bed early, and wake up late if you can. Also, take alot of naps. It increases the chances of a LD.

WILD: Don't beat yourself up for failing a WILD, and go to bed normally, because you might get a DILD instead (rather than sitting there frustrated, and not sleeping). Also, make sure you're actually tired when WILDing, and not energetic.

Recall-The second I wake up I record what I can, I don't try to force the dreams to memory I just write what I can and more just comes to mind.

WILD-I think "lucid dreams" before I fall back to sleep.I don't worry about not having one, I just say "Lucid dreams" and think possitive.
Sometimes I don't get lucid, but it is better to think possitive then negitive about them, don't get to stressed.
