      Advice on Laberge's books

So I've got "Exploring The World Of Lucid Dreaming" which I guess is the LD Bible.

But another Laberge book is being reprinted in the UK soon.

Its the one simple called "Lucid Dreaming".
Does anyone know it it is worth getting?
      Lucid Dreams:-
      MILD/DILD: 79
      WILD: 13
      DEILD:13
      (TOTAL: 108 )

If I'm not mistaken, Lucid Dreaming was published way before Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming. Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming is an awesome book, everything you'll ever need to know about lucid dreaming is in that book, trust me. Just go ahead and buy Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming.

Lucid Dreaming by Laberge was published before Exlporing the world of lucid dreaming.

      1986 for Lucid Dreaming
1990 for Exploring the world of lucid dreaming.
      (according to my copies)

However, confusingly there is a "new" book by laberge called "Lucid Dreaming"
that comes with an audio CD. I've not purchased it because from what i've heard it's just a shorter, condensed version of the two other books. Aimed more for the mass market (so probably with some of the science missing.)

I don't think there's any new material in it, but a friend has a copy and lent me the CD.

However, the CD contains the two selfhypnosis inductions that came with the nova dreamer tape (back when tapes were all the rage lol)
it also has a few other bits on it.

I'd certainly suggest trying to get a copy of the original Lucid Dreaming too, as it's a great read. Although it's become near impossible because of the confusion of the new book with the same name. So it's a risk when you order that you'll actually get the new book.

I think the Explaring the World of book is in more of a layman's terms, while the old Lucid Dreaming is more technical.
Willing to talk about/listen to anything you have to say.
