first of all just try laying on your back to get into sleep paralysis. in that position you know that it isn't blood flow problems but just sleep paralysis. next, maybe you have a natural advantage in getting into sleep paralysis where it just happens. lastly, when your appendages just go numb try "moving them" in your mind but actually feeling them moving like in real life. by lifting your body out of your physical body you can endure and instant lucid dream. |
