I tried one mnemonic technique in a Youtube vid, and it worked that night. Problem is, that vid seems to have been removed (seemingly right after I watched it) as I can't find it at all now. |

I can fall asleep in under 20 seconds consistently every night. I try FLILD (familiar landscape) and I'm asleep before I make it from upstairs in my house to downstairs. I haven't had an LD in about a month and a half of trying every night, but there's got to be some method that this incredibly rare sleeping ability can be used for. Anyone have any ideas?? |

Just in response to this; here is the original MP3 file I am sure you are talking about in case you or the original poster were looking for it. It is part of a small series of reinforcements and I will add all 10 mp3's to a .rar and upload it if you want the whole set.
