Just realised we're getting close to the clocks going back for autumn.
Made me think about the CAT method, seems to me that when the clocks change could be a really good time to start this method!

Although my brain is hurting trying to work it all out...

Just to summarise the basics of the CAT method:

For 1 week you get up around an hour to 90 minutes early (doing reality checks etc.)
From then on you alternate daily between getting up early, and getting up at your normal time.

I THINK im thinking correctly this way... (but its making my brain hurt trying to work it all out)

The clocks going back will give us an extra hours sleep...
SO
Essentially, when the clocks go back it means that we have all already been doing the first stage of CAT (getting up early for a week)... for the whole SUMMER!
So we can just slip straight into the second stage of the CAT method.
Because... whatever time you normally get up has been automatically changed to an hour later than what your body clock is used to!

Its kind of a bit mindboggling to try and work out, because the clocks changing is really hard to get your head around.

If anyones a bit better with maths, or just smarter than i am.
Can you work out if im making sense with this and try and put it into better words?
