You may want to try the HOILD. I don't really want to get into explaining what it is here, but you can do a search for it.

Anyway, I tried this for this first time last night at the end of a 15 minute WBTB and I had 2 WILDs. I will be trying again tonight and am pretty excited about it because that was my first WILD.

I think it may work for you because you seem to be having problems just relaxing and falling asleep when trying to WILD. You are prolly trying too hard, and with this technique I just simply tried to fall asleep and I had a very vivid non-lucid dream. Then I woke from the dream maybe half an hour later and went into a lucid dream in less than 30 seconds. The same thing happened when I woke from that LD. I quickly went back into another LD.

I guess the two WILDs I had were WILDs in the form of a DEILD, but I think the HOILD definitely had something to do with it.

yeah it might be body position. I know what your saying though, the temptation to move isn't quite as bad as you seem to say it is though. remember, it's all in your head.

Yeah I'm not a believer that body position matters too much. I've always slept on my stomach my whole life, and it's the only way I can fall asleep. I've stayed awake for hours trying to fall asleep on my back to have a WILD. It just doesnt work for me.

Last night when trying to WILD I gave up and rolled on my stomach. I ended up having back to back WILDs last night, and I'm going to try again for this morning in a few minutes.
