      Don't roll over or ...

      Hey, what's up guys!

First of all I want to say I've had a couple of LD before but I didn't know how! and some times when I dream at some point I become aware that I'm dreaming but I can't really control the dream except that I know I'm dreaming! and that happens before I wake up by a few moments till I wake up ... but I stay still and I try not to move at all and I don't open my eyes or anything! it's a state where I become awake but like I said the dream continues as long as I don't move a muscle!! and until I just really need to roll over to the other side! and I try to roll over gently but sadly as I roll the dream goes away and there will be no need for me to stay in bed and I just open my eyes and wake up.

I don't know if anyone experienced any thing like this before?

When awakening from a dream, stay in the same position. When you move you'll forget your dreams a lot faster. Just stay in the same position and reflect on, and remember your dream/s.

I had this once when i was a small child.

In the dream, i was Glurak, a pokemon^^ (At that time, i was really happy about that)
I was awake, but in front of my eyes, like a screen, i still saw the dream. And i controlled it.

But then my mom came in and woke me up. Sadly...

Well, but i understand what you mean

      lol this is interesting!!
Yeah, i've only LDed once, and that was a few weeks ago. At the time, I didn't realize what i was doing. I only JUST realized (as in 10 minutes ago) that that was what I was doing. I just laid there because I was lazy and thought about the dream and how it could have been different, then I fell back asleep and I could control my dream!

I actually get that too, occasionally. It's like the short-term memory isn't turned on at all.

I get this often if I have back-to-back lucid dreams.

I can even sometimes open my waking eyes and still be in the dream, and it's like two sets of vision. If I wake up from this forcefully, then my dream vision sort of fades into my real vision. It's a very strange experience, though it hasn't happened in a few months.
You merely have to change your point of view slightly, and then that glass will sparkle when it reflects the light.
