Vibrations in WILD

Hey guys, recently I've been trying to WILD, and I've been able to get to the vibratory state. The vibrations are of a medium strength for me, and I was wondering how strongly everyone else feels them. With SP, are you completely unable to move your arms and body? My arms feel really heavy, but I can move my fingers and whatnot. Also, how many sets of vibrations do you feel? My first set it usually the strongest, but I have felt up to three. Thanks in advance for any help!

You shouldn't be aware of your body at all. You won't know if they can move or not. You are inside your head, totally forgetting about your body. And then the vibrations come. The vibrations should only take a minute or two.

What exactly are these Vibrations. I need someone to explain to me how they feel. Because Ive laid there and eventually fell asleep after a few hours of being still and didnt fell anything beside the sensation you fell when your legs fall asleep.

Because Ive laid there and eventually fell asleep after a few hours of being still and didnt fell anything beside the sensation you fell when your legs fall asleep. it is different for everyone. to be exact, nobody really knows what these vibrations are. many think that the vibrations are the result of one's astral body attempting to free itself from the physical body. If that is the case then you need to be in a specific conscious state with a specific intent. . .essentially not just the intent to lucid dream, but to leave your physical body (one in the same?). for me, the vibrations are incredibly intense, loud and colorful. it literally feels like I'm blasting off. . .followed by peace and weightlessness.

The vibrations are your brain testing your body to see if it is asleep. If you move during those vibrations, the body knows you are awake. that's why it is crucial to not move during a wild.

For me it usually takes about 15 minutes to start feeling them. I never get much past 20 minutes though, and I've never successfully WILDed. Gonna try right now, then maybe try in 5 hours with WBTB.
