I've had several lucid dreams over the past year or so that I can fully remeber. Umm.. although the extent of the lucidity was limited I am aware fully of reconizing a lucid dream. I remeber usually a dream a night and the only method of induction towards lUcid Dreaming that I find that semi works is that one where you basically try to stay concious as your mind slowly falls asleep. like you in between a dream and being awake. its great when I do it though because i start to see random images and shit and if I keep trying to see them they come together and start a dream in which time i wake up or fall asleep completley. more than half the time though I wake up and can compleltey remeber everything. How could I improve my semi dreaming method? also, I find when i stay up all night, then the next day around dinner time if i lay down and drift asleep i can do it more efficiently
