Question i need to know what the hell happened to me

last night when i went to sleep i did my normar MILD technique, and when i went to sleep i did my normal pinching nose and breathing RC, but i couldnt breathe, but even though that happened, i was absolutely sure i was in a dream, so i may have been lucid anyway, but i was so curious aout why i couldnt breathe, i kept trying. then after a while i realized somehow, that i was holding my nose with my REAL body, i realised this because i started to feel my real body, so i think i may have been awake, it sure felt like it, but my dream was so unbelievably vivid.

so i dont know what happened

It could've been a stage 1 or stage 2 dream where SP isn't at it's fullest.

      oh ye it might be.

i was annoyed though because that dream stoped pretty quickly.
but i did end up in a proper normal lucid dream
