      If you don't want to loose sleep (as often happens with WILD) try DEILD. It is a shortened WILD, basically. If done correctly it only takes a few seconds. You will have to learn to awake as a dream ends and to hold still while you awake, but once you have those skills, it is probably the easiest and most reliable LD induction technique out there (IMHO).

      I have still yet to deild. I can wake after dreams, but tend to move. I'm kicking this habbit.
