I have been waking up naturally from dreams so I chose this method a few days ago. I go to bed at roughly around 10 and I wake up about 2:30 (this is the first time I wake up) every night. |

still no luck. Even woke up with my eyes closed. |

It takes a bit practise to catch the moment. I wrote some stuff about DEILD with some tips. I'll see if I can find it and post the link when I edit |

"None are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free."
Whatever you do, don't move. If you move at all, it won't work. |

Not quite true. One time I started to move, and I thought to myself, "CRAP! I wasn't supposed to move." So I just laid back down within the first few seconds of getting up and thought of my last dream. I got sleep paralysis and entered a dream as a result. However, success is extremely unlikely if you do move. |

I am going to agree with whoever it was that disagreed with you |
