      WILD pros, a little help?

So cuz no one is answering my questions if I ask them in a normal post, I´ll do a whole thread for my questions, but ofc you are allowed to ask things yourself etc.

So here I go, and please, please, please, please, WILD pros, answer me if you can to as many questions as you can.

      1. How can I be tired enough to WILD? I wake up normally after 4,8h of sleep to do it. I never find the balance. If I´m too tired, I´ll fall unconscious. If I´m too awake, I´ll never get to sleep. And this leads to another question...
      2. When do I start doing the relaxation and anchoring? Right after I have gone back to bed?
      3. What is the core purpose for relaxation? Is it to make yourself feel numb? Is it to make yourself calm down? I have never gotten the idea.
      4. How the heck should I anchor? Do I count "1, I´m dreaming" and so on?
      5. How do I WILD when napping?

So that´s just about it. I´ll post more later.

I remember having trouble getting my questions asked so I thought I'd try to help as much as I can, which probably isn't much.

      1. You just have to experiment. It really varies, anywhere from 1 minute to 2 hours. In your case it sounds like it'll probably be a shorter amount of time though, just be willing to experiment with it like I siad.

      2. Well if you feel like relaxation techniques are going to help then begin them whenever your ready to begin lucid dreaming. Once you've found the perfect amount of time to be awake after sleeping you probably won't even need much relaxing to do.

      3. It's just too relax your body and send it to sleep that much faster.

      4. Try to use something in the environment maybe. I hear the light from a muted television, or static noises, find a balance between paying attention to the anchor while letting your mind drift off. You might think to that sort of oxymoron-like statement but it's definitely doable with practice.

      5. Are you a good napper? I'm a terrible napper. Can barely get to sleep let alone ld. But this is where relaxation techniques could really come into play. Just fall asleep like normal but at like 1-2 PM. Follow same WILD instructions you can find around the board.

      1) You are already in a good swing of things since you already wake up after 4 hours of sleep. The best time to do a WILD is after a WBTB. So in otherwords after you have had 4-6 hours of sleep right when you wake up. Try not to move and stay still keep your mind focused and try to stay aware.

Since you are already very groggy it is quite easy to fall into another dream this should take around 5 minutes depending on how groggy you are. Usually works every time to. Just make sure you are aware until you fall asleep again.

      2) Relaxation and Anchoring? Not familiar with these.
      3) Once again not familiar with incorporating these methods into WILD.
      4) Once again not familiar with this.

      5) When you go to WILD with a nap it's pretty much the same thing as any other time that you are trying to WILD, it just might take longer since you are already in a highly awakened state. Best to take a nap when you are groggy for the highest success with a WILD.
