      auto suggestion Question

      if i were to record my self (like on a tape recorder or other recording device) and play it over and over until it gets stuck in my head will that work like auto suggestion? ( btw if this thread is in the wrong place tell me so i can move it)

      It may work the first time but subsequent use of the same audio mayl diminish the potency. I still think talking your intent out loud as though you are telling it to someone is the best because you put in effort and intent when you say it.
