Well, without all the ruffled mystic words, I find it particularly beneficial to lucid dreaming if, while meditating, I take my focus from breathing to imagining a dream scene (perhaps from a dream I recorded earlier). I then imagine I'm in the dream, and realize that I'm dreaming. Since I'm not under time restriction while meditating, and snce my mind is clearer, I really tend to focus on improving clarity and continuity of plot. |
