-if i take reality checks throughout the day
-listen to this cd thing that just says "The next time im dreaming, i will realize im dreaming, am i dreaming now?". the cd thing is suposed to help you lucid dream.
-if im reallly bad at remembering dreams can i still lucid dream?
-taking melatonin, ive heard that helps.

not exactly sure but i might have started too go lucid last night, but i got awoken right when it started
