SILD - a new lucid dreaming method

By accident I stumbled upon a new method to induce lucid dreams, which is a subtype of DILD (Dream Induced LD): SILD (Sex Induced LD)

How does it work?
Recently I'm having a relatively high number of sex dreams including intercourse. As many of you know, arousal can lead to awakening. When awake, you (usually) become aware, the exact state that we want to preserve when dreaming. So at one point when I was having sex in a dream, I got near the point of waking up and became aware before I did. Immediately I stopped the action (coitus interruptus) and changed to another dream scene doing a RC and enjoyed my lucidity.

At first I wanted to call this method FILD (Fuck Induced LD), but FILD was already used by Finger Induced LD (not what you think).

Surely this method could be generalized. What made me lucid was the arousal, so any dream evoking that could work as a springboard. Joking aside, this really is a method of doing a DILD I haven't heard about before - despite doing a lot of reading. It could be called AILD for Arousal Induced LD. The question is how to purposely create a dream that arouses you. Heavy food? Watching horror movies before going to sleep? Suggestions?

There is already a method similar, I forget the specifics but it involved spanking the money to nearly orgasm and falling asleep, this I guess induced a sexual dream. However, I'm guessing going to sleep sexually charged (having gotten really aroused and just went to bed like that) would probably help.
