I found out my way of becoming Lucid!

      Sex.

Whenever I see the oppurtunity, I automatically become aware and my #1 goal is to have sex with that person. It usually ends up with me waking up before I can get any action, but I just have to be able to control myself to NOT have sex with the person, and going off and doing other things.

      Anyone else like this?

      Weird...

Have you ever had an LD which you didn't (No offence) waste?

      How is your dream control?

      I think that works everyone.

It's also good to get past any hesitations and/or fears you might have towards SP.

      - No sir, I'm a dreamer.

I have that a lot too Slayer. I find that if someone (besides myself) is naked in the dream, it will typically make me lucid. So far I've resisted the urge (most of the time) to continue onto sex from there. Before I actually learned about dream control, I would simply go with the flow, but now I think I'm able to resist doing so because I'd much rather increase my dream control abilities. I plan on building my ability to LD and then come back to sex later since I know it always ends in failure at the moment.

So far, I've spent all my lucids looking for my Dream Guide.

And I will not stop until I find my Dream Guide.

Waking up before any action means you were at the end of the dream. Have you actually tried to not have sex or are you just saying that you will do that in the next LD?

No, I was saying that everytime I become lucid because of sex, my mind is set on having sex with that person.

I just have to control myself to not have sex when I become lucid like that.

I'm probably becoming too excited and then wake up...

I just have to learn to control my excitement.

it could be a mental thing.
You expect yourself to wake when you start a sex act, so you do.

      like a mental block.

It's just common for people to wake up when their about to have sex in a dream.

Slayer, I have this issue as well....but, I've had such an amazing experience with this....One time I was all the sudden having sex with the most beautiful woman I could imagine, then, when we were through, she said, "hope is comming soon" then I woke up. Now, I've had sex before, but this was....perfect....(in fact, the experience sort of carried over to this plane...if you catch my drift) The whole next day I was was in a very positive mood. It made me wonder, ...why? What is the purpose of the dream world anyway? In a way I wonder if the point was realized by my positive mood the day after the experience. I mean....if you could fulfill any fantasy in the dream world,...would that change what you'd do in your waking life? Personally, I believe this type of release would give more steam to what I believe is my mission in waking life.

haha its kinda a coincidence i found this thread on the first page of attaining lucidity, bcoz i was going to do a search for it after browsing it. anyways i have actually had the same idea lately. what im doing is depriving myself of any sexual activities in the waking, and within a few days *poof* there i am in a sexually themed dream. so whenever i think about sex during the waking i always remind myself to RC and to remember to recognize these thoughts and feelings as a dream. so when i do attain lucidity from this i will also have to resist in continuing in dream sex bcoz i would much rather find my dream guide/inner being first. . .

thanks for the start of this thread

It's strange, but I tend to have more sexually related dreams when I do not deprive myself of sexually related activities.

Lol, I'm the same, but if I do deprive myself for like a week then I usually end up having a sex dream. Which is usually up in a matter of seconds, literally, its insane lol.

I've never had sex in waking life, but would really like to try it in a dream. Not every dream, but just once. Is that so awful?
