Phone as an anchor for WILDing!!!!

Yesterday I was talking to my ice ice baby, (her name is iceyss BTW lol) and uhhh she hung up on me, I couldent remember if she wanted me to call her back or if I was suppose to call her back. So I sat there listing to music, then I started to WILD. I dint really relize it... Until I dreamed that I opened my eyes and picked up the phone, to see that she was still on the line, I immediately tried to wake up so I could still see if she was on the line or not lol.... anything like this happened to anyone? \ I think this happend because in the back of my mind, I was confused about who was calling who... and I was waiting for a phone call.... also, that night when I really went to bed, I used vicks vapor rub as an anchor, I could fell and smell it, is this a good anchor? what are anchors used for exatly? and when I was on the phone the light was on, as the same in my dream
