      was this start of WILD?

last night i was attempting to WILD, i kept completely still, after a while i got really warm (next time ill open my window), then my muscles all got really sore and i felt pins and needles and it was very uncomfortable, so i couldnt visualise a thing, i can visualise while meditating though.

was this the begining of a WILD?

how do i solve the pain problem?

I think the pins and needles are normal, maybe due to low blood circulation from not moving, though this isn't due to SP.

Its may still be a good sign though, because if you've been still long enough for to get pins and needles, SP won't be far away.

You should stretch before you go to bed, it will help relax your muscles to avoid that.

^ Streching really helps, I advice is, and also try sleeping with your feets outside the blanket, it should solve the heat problem.
