I wouldn't recommend seeking a solution through chemistry. Solving it without popping pills is always better in the end.
Yeah shes already taking enough meds, she doesn't need more to add on top of that.
Also yes i also believe that seeking unnatural things is not the best thing to do if there is a all - natural option. Only seek unnatural methods when no natural methods exist....

To the original poster, don't waste your time with this nutjob. If you need to see why, just check out some of his old threads and posts. There's a relatively new one that was closed a few days ago floating around here somewhere...
Yeah i don't have to. My friend really wants some help with this, however im posting for her because she didn't want to have to deal with.....People like him...
But i have no problem with it.
I will ask her to read this thread of course and see if any of this helps her or not. However please keep posting any ideas / thoughts you may have which could help her.
Id like to stress that even tho this may seem like a joke, its really not. Most of us here are doing are best to manage to lucid dream every night and it happens for her with no problem....But for her it just happens naturally. However, the grass looks greener on the other side and such of course. Just because we would all like to lucid dream every night of the week, im sure you would get tired of it after a while as well.
I guess that's the irony. Everyone who cant lucid dream every night wants to lucid dream every night, and those who can lucid dream every night don't want to lucid dream every night...
No matter what we cant be happy unless we find someway to balance things out.
So that's what i'm asking.
What can my friend do to help her balance things out. How can she not wake up and become lucid in her dreams.
She would really appreciate any help you guys can give her. Even if it seems like it wouldn't help, post it anyways, maybe it could help her even if you don't think it would....
But yes once again, i promise this ain't no lie.... She really could use the help.
I wouldn't waste my time and your time if it wasen't.
