I dunno much 'bout Lucid Dreams, seeing as I'm a newbie. Though, the getting up and falling down thing is common. The same thing happens to me. If you see stars while getting up and feel light headed, it's just a rapid change in your blood pressure. Try getting up slowly, it should be better. Though, getting up quickly isn't dangerous, just a bit inconvenient.

(I wikipedia things a lot. This particular thing, phosphenes. "Seeing Stars.")

That's not really an issue in dreams. It happens often while awake, but never in my dreams.

What I'm talking about is completely different; almost as if my dream legs don't work. I can stand up, but then I wobble like a Weeble (except I do fall down!) and fall over on my side onto the floor.

What's strange is that I can fly just fine; if I get out of bed by flying off the bed/couch, I'm fine; but if I try to stand up normally, or if I fly out of bed then touch down, I tip over and lie there, helpless, like a turtle on his back.
