well basically i was wondering if turning on music befor you sleep could induce images in your head that could activate a lucid....possibly.... |

Yes this is correct. I had a series of Lucid songs with underlaying frequencies. Each track usually produced a certain kind of dream. One was always zombies, one was always an adventure, one I was always trapped somewhere, etc. Listening to music while sleeping indeed has a major effect on your dreams. |

For me, Music keeps me awake. Which could be a good thing for Lucidity. I know it has worked for people before. Try it out and tell us |

Music is a key factor in a sleep paralysis inducing method me and a few friends came up with. Heres a link to the tutorial on the method if your interested. |

Music should help your mind state. Just last night, for example, I was listening to music and I was staring at my window, and (you know, those parts that stretch across the glass to support the window?) just started fading away into a brown. Soon after, the other ones did the same until my whole room was flooded with brown. |
