Get a motion sensor fixed at the door of the bedroom and this sensor turns on the light when you walk in. If you walk in and there's no light or the light acts funny you have to do a proper RC to confirm. The purpose of using a non-concious checking system is to not be too aware of doing the RC. So it'll be like a subconcious reflex when you walk in the room because the light is expected to turn on and when it dosen't my guess is 99% you will remember to RC and Boom! Your dreaming!

My that is quite a good idea. 99% of my funds go towards good memories (AKA Drugs >_> Not The Bad Kind...) so I doubt I will do this. However if you have the funds and or the means. This is a potentially excellent reality check method.

thats a good idea, i might do something similar, one of the ways i have become lucid was by flicking the light switch and it not working, it was by far the easiest, but i got lucky that i walked into a dark room, that is rare for me, so i needed something like this.

Because the original installation is a light switch for years and the mind will not be updated to the new sensor switch so it will be a dark room.
