      DEILD attempt

Hey, last night I attempted a DEILD after naturally waking up as I do every night so the DEILD method is perfect for me. I had a good recall of my last dream so began visualising it. Soon I felt more and more dreamlike but my asthma kinda kicked in so when I went to to take my inhaler I couldn't do it again.

This was the start of a DEILD right?
Any tips on visualizing a dream or was the way I tried fine? (imaging a scene from my last dream)

well it was sort of the start of a DEILD, but it was only the start of what you have to do, there is no way of knowing if it was going to actually induce a lucid dream. i do what you did before you stopped all the time, and it goes nowhere.

just try it again and hope asthma doesnt kick in again, do it a few times, to see if you can do it.
