      possible problem...?

      Hi everyone again! I'm sorry for not logging in for so long, but the stress of getting college apps done are is killing me.

      I have been trying to lucid dream for the past couple of weeks and I haven't been able to. The only 2 lucid dreams I ever had were over a month ago and I didn't have much trouble getting into a lucid state. I always do reality checks beacuse I find it very effective for myself. But ever since, I haven't had a lucid dream. It's frustrating me because I can't do it anymore. Could this be a dry spell? Am I doing something wrong?

      I used to keep a dream journal for the first week and then I stopped. Could this be the issue? Any suggestions?

      i have the exact same problem, i would also like answers for my problem, but i think i have a soloution for me, but i dont know how i will go about doing it, and i dont know if it is the same for you.

      i think my problem is my concentration, i cant concentrate at all any more, my mind wanders when i do auto suggestion etc. if this does turn out to be your problem, then i cant really help you there, because i havent found a way to help myself.
