Way to go! I have my LDs like this too..thought I will never have them and blank out my mind..and I had one 2 nights ago and was a 1 to 1 LD.... |

I started off using a very similar technique- the night before my first planned lucid dream (had my first ever LD a month before) I told someone on chat "gtg have a LD cheers!" or something like that and it worked! whatever the technique - confidence is 50% of the requirement. |

I use this for dream recall. Works pretty well upto now. I tried a WILD this morning, without recalling my dreams beforehand. After I failed, I still could remember my dreams |

i'm in the middle of a WBTB session, so i'm hoping this will help me. i've definitely been struggling lately, but it's mainly due to my own laziness. |
