      In need of motivation?

Well, i was in need of motivation to LD, i havent used my DJ in about 6 months, so 2 days ago i started to use it , and then this afternoon i had this great idea, (idk if ppl already use it but w.e),

In my Dj , before i go to bed i always write the date that iam going to dream in for example
      12/30/08-12/31/08.

so in the afternoon nap, i wrote

      12/30/08

      Afternoon Nap

Lucid Dream: (and i left it blank) ( i havent had a LD in like 8 months)

And Fortunatley i had 4 dreams!! one was Lucid! and the other 3 were very vivid.. Well if u want u can try this and tell me how it goes, iam trying tonight to see if it works again!

also u need to be positive!

      Happy New year!

Way to go! I have my LDs like this too..thought I will never have them and blank out my mind..and I had one 2 nights ago and was a 1 to 1 LD..... 1 to 1 I mean memory intact and knowing exactly what to do as planned....

I started off using a very similar technique- the night before my first planned lucid dream (had my first ever LD a month before) I told someone on chat "gtg have a LD cheers!" or something like that and it worked! whatever the technique - confidence is 50% of the requirement.
TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus
      TOTAL LD's (almost all DILD/MILD) =160!!

I'm going to try this. (: I think I'm going to try to do that tonight... I don't know what time to, though. I'll decide later. X3

I use this for dream recall. Works pretty well upto now. I tried a WILD this morning, without recalling my dreams beforehand. After I failed, I still could remember my dreams

i'm in the middle of a WBTB session, so i'm hoping this will help me. i've definitely been struggling lately, but it's mainly due to my own laziness.
