I have been shooting for a DIELD for sometime. I will wake up and not move anything, not even my eyes. I have been imagining me swinging on a bar over and over again. Is there anything diffrent I should do? Should I also not think and keep my mind clear?

You just want to stay still as possible, go back to sleep and just keep the thought in the back of your head that the next thing you see will be a dream. Really don't focus on the fact of keeping your mind clear just go to sleep and just try to remember that you are sleeping in the back of your head. Hope it helps.

Thanks, but is it ok If I think "Ok, now I have to wait and go into the dream"?

I'm no expert on this, but I know that for methods similar to this, your top priority should be to fall asleep. Everything else is second. The worst thing you can do is to spend a whole night awake in bed trying to get a lucid. If it comes to that, I'd say it's not worth it.

Well i have had one DEILD, out of my 4 LD. And what happen was that i was dreaming and i was swimming and and fell to the bottom of the ocean every thing went black and i was pretty sure i was awake but i made sure i didnt move. Then i heard a turbluance noise and flash of imagery and a dream scene was in front of me. And i kind of jumped into the dream. Plus what i think you trying to do is different from an DEILD. I'm not really sure what if you are trying a DEILD or a WILD. But your main goal(In trying to get an DEILD) is just getting to sleep have a dream and remember not to move after it stay still wait for something to happen if nothing happens just go back to sleep.
