      My past weeks research

I've been trying to do this for two weeks now and I have ernomous success in the number of LDs I have been getting. However, their quality and foremost, length, hasn't been that long which I usually have.

So I would like to tell this and see if someone wants to try it. After all, I am just single person and I want to study this further

For two weeks I have gone bed around 11pm or midnight and woken usually at 7 or 8 am. You prolly know that feeling that "I still wanna sleep for a while, just for ten minutes..." This is what I have tried to invoke

So, I drift back to sleep and usually fall asleep almost immediatly. The deal is I have had FA from most of my dreams I start with this method. Today I had funny incident, I woke up from my floor ( I never fall to floor) I was like damn, untill I saw my big lamp was on. Luckily, it is broken so I became lucid, since tumbling on the floor felt so realistic ^^. The one before that was more freaky actually. I woke beside myself the guaranteed way to become lucid is to see myself ^^

The deal is, I can have my LD, woke up and repeat. I have had 5 LDs in a row with this method but they seem to last only for 10-15 min at max, usually under 10

I have also combined it WILD couple of times and succeeded once. Yet I think it is a bit better with MILD, since I believe it is very light sleep I have in the mornings so it is easier to remember the message

if someone wants to try couple of days or even one and report back, I would be glad. For me it is 95% sure to have DILD with this method, usually through FA.
I think this is good way to train dream control since for me it is almost idiot proof way to get LD. Also, this might be good way to gather more LDs -> more confidence for beginners. I hope it works for someone else than me too

Jujutsu is the gentle art. It's the art where a small man is going to prove to you, no matter how strong you are, no matter how mad you get, that you're going to have to accept defeat. That's what jujutsu is.
