      dream signs

i have been having 2-3 dreams a night, but for some reason in all of my dreams i have trouble becoming lucid, i never have the ability to see something and think it is abnormal, does anyone have any tips or methods they use?

      i have the same problem.

at first i used to use RCs, i did them all day, every day, and i got a few LDs, but then i got out of the habbit of doing them, so if you think you will be able to keep in the habbit of doing them, then i recommend you to do it and use the DILD technique, also use auto-suggestion.

if however you cant get in the habbit, or end up getting out of the habbit (like me) try a technique which makes you lucid straight away, like WILD, that is perfect if you are able to do it, but some people cant do it (like me) so instead try DEILD, very good if you have time on your hands, or if you can wake yourself up early without an alarm clock.
