well, i have the same problem, whenever i see my dreamscape, and realise im seeing it, i think about it and it goes away, i guess the only way to stop this is to keep concentrating, and not let yourself think about that. |

I was laying in bed and listening to binaural beats. I eventually see an image of my bedroom in front of me, but then I think to myself "I have my eyes closed so how am i seeing this", then the image fades away and i see the back of my eyelids. I think this was hypnagogic imagery, but is there a way of stabilizing the image and entering the dream. |

Easy to say but don't get excited and look on it as the movie. When it stabilizes try to interact with the scene. Catch, touch something. Start from the ground. At the same time gain a feeling of your body - rub your hands etc. as if you loose it you may loose yourself into a dream. That last trick I almost always forget:\ |
