Hey guys, I have finally perfected my wild technique to become lucid at least once a night. My problem is that they are very short- less than a min-. I have tried rubbing my hands, licking my hands, concentration on an object, and screaming clarity now. I should probably tell you how I get lucid.

I set my alarm to 4:30 am. Once it goes off I drink water or go to the bathroom if I need to. I will then lay down until I know I am close to falling asleep. I don't get SP or feel vibrations or anything big like that. What I do feel is a gust of wind near my ears. Once this happens I know its safe to do a RC and open my eyes. If I don't hear the gust of wind and I think I may be in able to RC ill shoot my hands into the air and try to grab air. If I feel my dream hands moving I know its a dream and I can continue on.

100% of my lucids when I do this method start with me laying in my bed in my room. Sometimes there are wacky things- last night there was a big husky outside my door and the lucid before that there was a woman walking up my stairs- but normally its just like my house. The problem for me is waking up too early. I can get as far as my house and walk around a bit, but I will wake up shortly. Once the lucid is over I can chain it to another lucid by not moving when the dream ends. I then imagine rubbing my hands together until it feels real. Then I know the dream has started.

I feel like my whole night is one big adventure of 1 min lucids lol (I can have like 10 of these a night)
Any ideas on how I can stay in the dream longer?
