Concerning "the third eye", you may or you may not believe in chakras but the pineal gland is real and many think that it actually is "the third eye chakra". That reminded me... I was trying to stimulate it by concentrating on the space between the eyebrows, but I think it only amplified the pain. On the other hand, it could have just been a placebo effect.

I dont think they will make you lucid dream or astral project though if thats what your asking. They are only a tool to condition your mind to reach sp faster which is the precursor to lucid dreaming and astral projection. Think of them more like training wheels on a bike. Eventually you will get to the point where you dont need them and should be able to do it on your own.

If the head pain wasnt real, then what is there to worry about? Take some imaginary vicodin and keep trucking.

Heh, it's easy for you to say and I don't blame you, I would have probably said the same... but if you only knew how intense, real and... well, duh, painful the pain was, you would have not said that.

I mean, it's easy to ignore a twitching arm, the voices in your head or Michael Jackson on your bed while you're in SP, but not this.
