      Having Issues LDING

I been having Issues(or to say a "Road Block") when i have a none lucid dream, i can tell that i am dreaming(once i wake up) but during i cant remember to do a RC. Got any tips on how to do that?

Latly i been trying to do WILDS, so far i gotten to SP part. But WILDS are hard for 2 resions, maybe you can help me on this aswell.

      1. When SP starts reaching my Stomach, it tickles like crazy and makes me laugh, i have to fight not to laugh. -What can i do to stop this?
P.S i dont laugh all the time, sometimes its so fast i didnt know what hit me

      2. When i'm fully in SP, it's hard for me to breath, like i can feel the Sp starting to rise above my stomach, then i start breathing hard, it feels hard for some resion. - Got any Tips?

I rarely do RCs when I am lucid. Most the time, by the time I know I am lucid, I will no longer need the RC. I only tend to do them when the dream is especially convincing, or needs some stabalizing.

Keep practicing your WILD attempts. Sleep Paralysis is a weird state to be in, and takes some getting used to. It gets easier once you're used to it.

That last stage of your WILD can be the hardest. The part where you need to make the final transition to the dream. There are tons of little tricks you can do. Read this guide for some good advice. Especially the part about relaxing and taking a deep breath:

Just keep practicing, and try a new trick every time you get stuck. Eventually something will work.
