Is it better to alter the time at which you wake up (to WILD) on the weekend-where you sleep longer- than on the weekdays,, or do you stick with a set time like waking up 5 hours after you go too bed regardless of how long you're sleeping..... |

Yeah WILDs (atleast for beginners) will work best once the body and mind is rested somewhat, soo try it after you've slept for a while like in the early morning or for an early afternoon nap. |
