      Two question about doing WILD

      hello, there are my questions!
      1)¿Can I swallow when doing WILD? Or I mustn't move any any muscle?
      this is because my mouth get very dry....and swallow it's almost impulsive...

      2)The other is that yesterday I was very relaxed, and I tried count to 300...nothing happens...so...I counted to....800!!
      and I was still there, and nothing happened...
      this is because the first question??

      1). You should swallow, it will just irritate you more if you dont. Also I don't stay completely still. Trying that just throws me off. Just relax.

      2). Not sure tbh. I slip into SP accidentally more than I do intentionally. That's why I dont TRY to WILD. The other day i did the WBTB method and ended up WILDing instead of DILDing

      You don't have to remain completely still. Just get comfortable, and relax to an extreme degree. Eventually, you get so relaxed, you don't want to move, or you forget to move.

      Don't overlook the importance of a relaxation excercise. I like to imagine my feet and legs sinking into the bed. Then, I imagine my face relaxing and my head sinking into the bed. I alternate between my head and my feet, really trying to imagine the sensation of falling or sinking into the mattress.

      I have this CD that I got from a hotel I put on my ipod. If I could share it I would. It is insane, it works amazing to relax me, I have never tried to WILD with that. I should go charge my Ipod now.

      I found this out, Swallowing kept me farther and farther away from SP. I noticed when I swallow I move my tongue. If I don't move my tongue surprisingly I don't get put far back. It may just be me but I would try it. Or you could just not think about it and your body automatically swallows.

      You could try to avoid counting, try to visualize and act like your going down stairs, hear the sound it makes. (if you have to swallow this may help you forget about it and have your body automatically swallow, worked for me the past 2 days, may work for you )

      i have a problem with that and getting an itch on my head or side well you get the picture and i stay there still relaxed and i slowly get pullled away and have to scrath it!
