      Talking Hi there , again

      Hi all ,

      someone may recognize me , i've been part of the community like last year and i gave up because of the school which took me a lot of time , now the situation is different , i got more time and last night i tried to achieve a lucid dream using The ultimate lucid mp3 + WILD... and you know what? I reached sleep paralisis.. or at least it looked like it (i couldn't sense my arms anymore) and then the patterns i was looking at became a bit more complex.. but then i couldn't stop my thoughts and i think i've lost my awareness and fell asleep. Then at the end of the dream i realized i was dreaming and suddenly woke up

      Any help for me?

      Congrats Just keep working at it, read the dream stabilization tutorial, it should help keep you from waking up if you are able to stabilize the dream.
