During the transition what should you do?

      Hi all,

As you can see in my signature I've only had two WILDs but I've had enough times where's everything was in place, the noises/vibrations/movements kick in but lead to nowhere. For me personally I hear a rushing noise as vibrations shake my body. That then always leads to the feeling as if my body is rolling to the left or right until I appear in a dream. But it doesn't always happen and I think it's down to the excitement of the possibility of having an LD. So when any of the signs of the transition from the waking world to the dream state happen what do you do? What should I think about next time it happens?

      Thanks

I try to VILD. When my images disappear I am in the dream, because I am not good at it yet.

I have yet to complete a reality check because quite frankly I keep telling myself I am not dreaming when I am : /. Probably lost some consiousness though
