Okay so i can achieve SP and i think i begin to see a little HI but not much. Nothing like any major bright colors or forms swirling around. I hear people talking about their hearing changing, what is it like? Cause i have never experienced this before, is it when the head also goes into SP? And if so how do i get to that point. |

Firstly don't EXPECT to have exactly the same symptoms. Of course this way you assess that you are on the right path but we humans are not exact clones of ourselves (fortunately). |

okay thanks, i did have better sucess over the weekend but i ended up just falling asleep haha. Will there be a significant difference i notice when i pass into a dream? Something that cues me in on it? |

HI and SP are not always going to be happening at the same time. They are two unrelated things, though HI can occur during SP (but SP can occur without any HH). So, if you found your body was paralyzed you were in SP. But if you were only experiencing hallucinations, you were not necessarily in SP. |
|
I've only experienced it a few times while not in SP, most of the time though it comes after when im completely paralyzed. I feel im getting closer though. I think with a bit more practice ill have my first WILD |
