Exclamation Long Dry Spell! Help Please!

I did lucid dreams like before a year and a half , and for the past 5 months i lost the ability to do it! i dont know why but it started when my finals came and i didnt do lucid dreams because i slept around 5 hrs/day :S , so when i finished them and till now i cant do lucid dreams. when i tried to do them again i werent even able to recall my dreams! so i started from scratch and i learned again everything i already knew:S and i did everything i should do but nothing happened! now i recall my dreams pretty well , at least a dream per night. but im just not having a lucid dream.

DILDS didnt work with me pretty well even long time ago, and i did WILDS , but now when i do a WILD i lay on my bed for 1 hr after WBTB and i close my eyes and nothing happens i get really bored .and nothing happens! i dont see Hypnogogic Imagery and i dnt feel any vibration , and i havent been through sleep paralysis for so long! what should i do please help!!!!!

Stress is always bad for dreaming for me. I have dry spells in recall that sometimes last for two weeks at a time. (I've never actually gone lucid, and therefore, can't have a "dry spell") Have you tried supplements, sleep masks, etc.? If I have a dry spell, using ginkgo and B-6 an hour or two before bed makes my dreams much more vivid, and thus easier to recall.

Poke around in 'dream signs and recall' and 'lucid aids' for a bit and see if there's something that you can try.
