Explorers of Inner Worlds,

For those of you who enjoy the act of meditation, you are not alone. I find myself spending at least an hour a day in this sitting practice. Though most of (if not all) of my meditation is conscience breathing.

What I'm looking for here from my fellow Travelers Between Worlds is some help to find a technique that will help us all gain better insight and clarity into our conscience dreamer realms.

Any explanations for these techniques or experiences that you are willing to share would be most grateful to myself and our community.
