Sleeping position only affects your WILDing if you are not comfortable in them. The importance of sleeping position in trying to WILD is to try to get you in a state of being where distractions such as the urge to move, swallow, scratch yourself, look around the room, or do other things are minimized as best as possible. However you are comfortable and have the least amount of distractions when trying to WILD, that would be the best advised sleeping position you should take when trying to do so. |

For years I tried to attempt OOBE/WILD laying on my back and couldn't get much further then you. I just didn't come across different position for it. When switched into laying on side ( after too many years ) I had an instant LD ( with a help from supplements though ). Laying on back makes me too alerted and I can't go deeper unlike with side one. |

iv got to SP with HI etc on my back, as you say, i can make it feel like my bed is spinning/barrel-rolling/doing backflips/rocking - but i havn't progressed any further than this. |

I have the same problem but I am working on my concentration. I will stay awaken longer after 4-5h of sleep or do other tricks to enhance it. Generally I see same space for imrovement and possibility to make it work unlike laying on back wchich leads to nowhere for me. |

I can't manage to even fall asleep if I lay on my back unless I'm REALLY tierd and haven't slept for a long time. But somehow I always wake up on my back. |
